Standard fit and finish comprises:
Huts are provided with a Shepherd’s crook curtain pole and a period cast iron stove.**
Outside roof, wheels and running ironwork is coated with black bitumen based paint.
Door-latches are coated with bees-wax.
External corrugated iron is painted with mid Brunswick Green or colour of your choice.
Internal finish is planed timber, stained or varnished as appropriate.
**Note –stoves may be original refurbished items and may vary in style.
"As I offer a bespoke service the dimensions of the Shepherd’s Hut can be tailored to suit, as can the size and position of the windows etc. Choice of stove is up to you. There are two little stoves I make based on originals that fit in very nicely. Alternatively I often have a selection of period stoves to choose from. I can offer you a range of curtain poles in various designs and finishes. All the other little bits and pieces that finish the interior can be made accordingly."
